Andrea Doven was born and raised in New York City in a show business family. Her father, the Tony award-winning actor Robert Morse, has a career that spans Broadway in the 1960’s to a starring role in the recent hit TV show “Mad Men”. Before starting her own career as an actress, Andrea was accepted into the prestigious performing arts program at SUNY
Purchase in New York. After college, she founded and produced theater in New York and went on to help run one of the leading catering companies in the city.
Following her acting career, Andrea joined Odin Productions, the film production company owned by Tom Cruise, ultimately becoming Executive Director of the firm. Over 19 years with Odin, Andrea ran day-to-day operations and provided logistical support for the many artists and producers engaged in film production around the world. Andrea’s tenure with Odin saw the production of 21 major motion pictures grossing over $2.5 billion at the box office.
Soon after becoming a mother in 2003, Andrea shifted professional gears, becoming VP of Human Resources at SCS, Inc., a leading integrator of ERP business software, where she spent the next ten years running human capital management for the growing technology company.
Over the past several decades, Andrea honed what has become her expertise, finding, hiring and training talent, designing effective organizations, and above all, “making the trains run” across a wide range of settings.
In 2015 Andrea became chief of staff for Sky Dayton’s family office, managing a complex portfolio of personal and business interests.
Andrea has been happily married for 25 years and has a 13 year old son.
